---------Xenogears, ahhh... the name Xenogears really can catch your attention, but most people would look at the back of the box intrigued by the name... see it's an RPG and put it back on the shelf. That's what's wrong with todays society! Few people play RPGs- sorry, back to the review.

---------Okay, I left off saying that Xenogears is a real time RPG which is, in my oppinion, very good. The game starts off with a stunning hand drawn anime intro (anime is tossed everywhere in the game also!!) and then you come to a peacful village and you meet... you. Fei. Fei Fong Wong. Fei Fong Wong has a mysterious past, and because he suffers from amnesia, as you go through the quest, you learn more about him... his allys... and his enemys. I wouldn't dare give away what exciting stuff happens in the village, but eventually he sets off for the gear quest.

---------Ever seen the movie Transformers? If you have, good. If you haven't, learn. Gears are HUGE transformer like robots that people ride in. You fight in these things also and we're talking thousands off HP! Man, these things are awesome!!!

---------Anyways, this game diservs a 4.5 out of 5. I subtracted the .5 because the games pixilation is HORRIBLE, but you never pay attention to it cause you read 3/4 of the time. I recommend that you buy this game if you love RPGs, maybe love very complex storys, or really like to read. A lot of reading.
