Every game should have a moment that will take seconds to register in a gamers brain and for that person to say "that’s from so-and-so!". Tomb raider 2: the ending(to any pervert at least),Parasite eve: when that rat mutates definitely. What’s Rogue Trip’s? When a giant weenie mobile with a driver named Dick Big uses his weenie whacked special to prevent a cross dressing former pro-wrestler to pick up a tourist with NO fashion sense what-so-ever. Yea Rogue Trip smacks with attitude. Oh Yea watch out for the hillbilly that fires a group of chickens at you.

(Note: I’m skipping explaining the story. Come on! Do you really need a reason to blow up stuff??)

Graphics:9

This is tm3’s graphics watered down with a bit of tm2’s. These are the best graphics you can get without sacrificing fun factor.(note: I’ve played v8 also, the graphics aren’t that great)The cars look great with very vivid colors and smooth polygons. The environments are also great with medium details and ,unlike in twisted metal 2, have text that can actually be seen clearly. The weapons are not any different with clearly separated weapons and vapor trails. The only reason why this gets a 9 and not a 10 is that some items are 2-D and the details aren’t high quality.

Best impression: The fact that all of this can be handled while flying a remote controlled missile upside down or flying over it in the ufo or copter. his could definitely not happen on n64 without the infamous "fog" butting in.

Control:9

I can not say this enough: acceleration is the left stick and steering is the right!!! Controlling the flying vehicles and the prowler would have been much more enjoyable of we had been able to configure the steering. Which brings me to another thing: What moron at singletrac had the bright idea to only be able configure 3/4 of the controls??? If it wasn’t for this thing could have gotten a 10 without a hitch. My advice is to stick with digital ( Oh yea using turbos for a while is real fun using dual shock. Heheheheheheheh.......)

Sound and Music:6

Rod Zombie should start doing work for video games. This is the only idea tm3 had right then singletrac goes and fudges it up. The sound itself is what saves this department. The yapping poodles, the clucking chickens, the slot machines, the tourist voices. All of these are superb examples of playstation sound. Although there should be more tourist voices. The alien called another alien "a pathetic earthling"?

Innovation:4

2 points for the cutting edge attitude and 2 more points for the prowler and the flying vehicles. There has never been another vehicle that went that high in a combat game. The moon base is a nice touch.(didn’t v8 have one?)

Fun Factor:10

You’ll have fun, fun, fun till your daddy takes weenie mobile away. Nothing is more fun then hitting a guy that’s inside a casino from all the way across the arena.(and sometimes underneath) I swear flying a ufo has never been more fun.

Overall: 9

This game is a blast! Go out scrounge up 40 bucks and buy this game! The only thing this game is missing is some decent music but other than that its a sure buy.
